Honda ss50 5 speed moped in Winsford Cheshire

Honda SS50 in need of restoration  It looks very original it has its original supply dealer reg plate and key ring The bike runs ok - pedal mechanism is all complete and works - the battery is flat so indicators /horn ect are not working The engine number does not match the frame number so at some point has had a replacement engine but still has  the aluminium barrel - Front mudguard has been sprayed silver so assume there will be some filler in there somewhere I have the log book in my name and has 8 former keepers
