1981 Honda CM400e No reserve

I am selling my project bike because I do not have the room or time to fix. The engine does run but will need some tuning. Ileaned the carbs and discovered the idle screw and it's holder are missing. This can be an easy fix if you can fabricate a small metal holder and bolt it onto the carb assembly and will need a idle adjustment screw. The other way to fix this is to get the fuel mixture screws in the right position that it will idle without adjustment. The engine starts right up with a little choke. The motorcycle comes with a new seat cover. The things that will need to be fixed or replaced include the front brake cable. headlight. muffler (or go without a muffler - sounds better IMO). and blinker. The engine starts right up and sounds good. No oil leaks that I can see. I ran through all the gears while the bike was on the center stand and seemed to shift easily. The motorcycle will need battery acid in the existing battery. I can start the motorcycle using the battery from my other motorcycle. I am selling the motorcycle as is with the original title (not in my name). It has not been registered since 2000 so it is out of the DMV system ie no back fees. I need this project gone as I don't have the room. I am selling without reserve except for starting price of $200. Thanks for looking
