Spark Plug (May 2014)New Carbourettor Shield (Feb 2014)New Front Tyre inner tube (March 2015)New Battery (March 2015)I bought this Scooter last March from a Motorcycle enthusiast who bought it for sentimental reasons as he had a Honda Melody as his first scooter. It had only ever been used as an estate bike. was unregistered and never been on public roads. I fell in love with it straight away for it's retro look and quality Honda engine and bought it. I have had a year of fun on it. got it back on the road. Mot'd. Taxed. added a few retro bits. registered. serviced and have generally used it for scooting and cruising around locally. It gets loads of looks and when I stop. people always want to chat about it. The Scooter is economical. around ?4 for a tank. which will do around 90miles. I love this Scooter but am now looking for a motorbike. I will be very sorry to see this lovely. Retro Cool Scooter go. I have loved it. Everything works fine except the fuel gage. but you can easily look in the fuel tank to see how much is in it. This could be easily fixed but I never saw the need. Also. engine cowling missing. but can be sourced or easily made. plus small crack in plastic near handlebars which does not affect performance in any way. Drives fine. I can deliver the scooter locally if that helps for an agreed reasonable fee as I have a Van. I am planning trips to both Eastbourne and North Somerset over Easter plus I commute from East Wittering. outside Chichester to Liphook Via Midhurst every day. plus I would also consider delivering around the Portsmouth area. Cash on Collection preferred.
