Description

Here is a very clean Honda GL1200 10 year Limited Edition Goldwing. 500 Miles ago this bike just had new Timing Belts. Air Filter. il and Oil Filter. ew Spark Plugs and New Michelin Tires. Highway Pegs. I just got through driving it today 50 miles to go to town to get horse feed . I just installed a Trailer Hitch on it about 200 miles ago. I usually haul 5 -50# sacks of horse feed in the Starlight Trailer. I also use it to go get my Spring Drinking water which is a 65 mile round trip. It has a Back rest. Seat has no rips. The Cruise Control works very good. It does have a updated AM/FM. CD radio installed in it with a remote control. It is plenty loud enough. The Intercom does not work with the new Radio. I believe I have one or two sets of helmet speakers that go with it. One open face and one full coverage. Maybe a pair of patch cords. You will have to put back the stock Radio for it to work. nbsp;I do have the standard AM/FM/Cassette Radio that came out of it. I also have a good used Radio mount for it also with all good plugs. I have a extra fuel Filter. Spare new Voltage Regulator. Good Used Fuze panel with Fuses. I bought a few extra parts as I had planned on keeping it. I have two used Tank Gauges as all of the Display doesnt work. I guess the ones I bought were bad also as they didnt work either. The Right side set of Switches work on the tank for setting KLm/mph. oil pressure. oil temp. rip reset. All the instruments work except the low fuel light stays on. in the Dash Gauges. I made a Mistake and bought two Voltage regulators for it and did not Buy a Honda brand. The mechanic told me that they have had problems with this type of a regulator. The small problem is that when you crank the bike cold it will charge for about 5 minutes then kicks off. Once the bike reaches operating temperature it will stay charging all day long. There has been a time or two that if it sits for a couple of hours it didn't stay on until it warms up. . The Bike Mechanic said a Honda Reg should fix the problem. Iv driven it like this for 600 mile or so with no other issues. I believe this bike is a dependable bike and can be driven where ever like it is. Air Shocks hold air. You have to put it in park to put Air in the Shocks. Iy has a Air Hose. The hand control does not work for putting in air. Good Mufflers and no leaks. Selling to get the wife a Sport touring BMW/Honda Pacific Coast. Translap.
