1974 HONDA MR50 ELSINORE FULLY RESTORED, CB CR CL SL XL XR Z50 CT70

How many of you enthusiasts learned to ride on one of these 50cc two-strokes? Ready to rekindle your youth or get your kid started like you did? This 1974 Honda MR50 Elsinore has been completely restored. The frame. swing arm. chain guard. air box. kickstand. and foot pegs were all blasted and powder coated. The tank was repainted. The fork lowers. sprocket guard. and right side engine cover were painted with matching Cloud Silver. All chrome is nice and shiny! The exhaust was blasted and repainted with hi-temp paint. The plastic fenders and number plates are brand new from Re-Mx. The seat has been recovered. All new correct decals are in place. It has brand new tires. tubes. cables. grips. sprockets. chain. coil. petcock. and fuel lines. Any new hardware used was from Honda. This MR50 was running great last spring when I began the restoration. I finished restoring it this past fall and it’s been sitting in my den ever since. Since the restoration I have not refilled it with gas or oil since it has been inside. I’m confident that it will start and run great once oil and the pre mix gas are added.
