Honda XL75 mini 1977 Street Legal Dual Purpose

DID YOU HAVE ONE AS A KIDWow. I didn't think I would ever find another one of these. Most were beaten to death. this one looks a lot it did on the show room floor. Less than 1200 miles too! Someone is going to have a lot of fun showing this to his neighbors and re-living his childhood ride. this is a 100% original bike. cute as a button!Bright Honda paint. with no fading. The decals near perfect. The fenders straight and unbent. Seat is excellent with no rips. Original tires that track straight. rims sparking excellent. Exhaust is an intricate horizontal design-- beautiful not rusted. sidecovers and their decals near perfect. This bike even has its console with key ignition and flashers for the turn signals. Everything works. turn signals. tail/brake light and horn. Everything but the headlight. since all the other switches work. the bulb is probably burned out--just a plug in fix. I put a new air filter on it. and changed the oil. It starts easily. and runs though the gears smoothly. then settles down to a nice idle. Brakes clutch steering all work as they should . The only cosmetic issue is the left side of the gas tank towards the rear. it has a shallow approximately 3 inch dent that has two verticle lines running through it. It looks like it bumped and scraped something in a garage. However. look at the pictures would you have noticed it if I had not pointed it out? It really doesn't detract that much from the overall looks of the bike. Put this baby in your driveway and listen to its sweet put putting purrI am a well known person in the classic motorcycle community and have sold dozens of classic motorcycles all over the country. I learned a long time ago that you can't keep them all. so I just enjoy promoting the sport.
