Honda CD175 Blue 1976 A5 Model

I have owned this CD175 for 19 Years and am the second owner. I bought it from a vicar who had it from new in 1976. The bike is completely original with the exception of the exhaust; because I wanted to use the bike and was fed up with the original silencers rusting I put on thie 'Predator' exhaust. which is designed for the bike.

The bike is running and goes well. I put on two new Metzeler tyres last year which have only done 50-100 miles. I have every receipt and MOT etc which I have obtained over the past 19 years. The bike has had an oil change at least every 1000 miles or each year. The original tool kit is included (complete) and also a Haynes manual. owners book and service manual etc. along with two keys. 26351 miles. genuine.

The bike was MOT'd until last year when I took it off the road. I am selling the bike because since I was 18 I have acquired some others and have decided that it's time to move on. The minor points are the mudguards which have rusted where the rivets are (common problem. even despite the front mudguard being replaced with a NOS from David Silver); the mudguards are repairable or there is someone selling reproduction mudguards on ebay for £65 each.

Apart from that. as I said. it runs well. it hasn't had an unleaded conversion and I have used an additive since leaded petrol went.
