1983 Honda VF1100 Magna V65 muscle bike, non-running project bike, CHEAP

1983 Honda V65 Magna. 48162mi. Good shape. looks nice. but does not run. I took this bike in on trade. it sat all winter. now will not start. It is getting fire. will pop and sometimes even almost start. but I'm sure the old fuel and dirty carbs are stopping it from going. New battery. everything seems to work as far as lights. signals. etc-----No dents in the tank. it is not rusty in there either. paint is shiny and chrome good. pipes not rusted out or dented. Tires look decent also. Clear title. Buying it as-is. I do not have the time to dig into it and get it going. guarantee it to crank over and not start. if it starts then you can call me a liar. but I'm pretty sure it won't. Take a look----Thanks
