1967 Honda CL77 305 Scrambler

Good project bike. I have never heard this bike run the motor is stuck and I don't know the cause but transmission shifts fine. il is clean and free of moisture. Only thing that I can tell is missing is the front fender and a chain. Brakes and throttle seem to be working fine. Tires are like new. eat is in good condition. as original Honda key. There is a small hole in flywheel cover(see pictures)there is some rust in the tank so that will need to be cleaned out and treated. I have owned this bike for 20+ years bought as a project and never got to it. now I'm into vintage motocross bikes and have lost interest. I have a title for the bike but it is not in my name and I can't find the original owner or the person that the bike was sold to before I got it.
