HONDA GL500 INTERSTATE SILVERWING......EXCELLENT CONDITION

Beautiful and rare Honda GL500 Interstate. Cosmo Black Metallic. Meticulously maintained by a former Honda technician. A real time capsule. Starts. Rides and Looks like brand new. I looked for a long time before I bought this bike. I wanted the best one I could find. I purchased this bike from a professional sea Captain in Maine who only used it for occasional rides in the summer months. It has less than 20K original miles. Always properly stored and kept waxed. Recent full service and Tires and Battery. The windshield is crystal clear and treated with with plexus after each ride. Fluid changes. including brake fluid and silica free antifreeze. were done regularly. Castrol Activio JASO approved motorcycle oil and Honda filters are used. When possible I have always used R90 alcohol free fuel. Intelligently designed luggage system locks on with the ignition key and comes off in seconds. The trunk comes off the same way and can be replaced by a passenger seat. The luggage is virtually brand new as it was stored for 30 years. I recently spent a week riding this bike to and around Daytona and back to West Palm Beach. Perfect road trip bike. This is a great bike. no surprises or disappointments. I am selling it because my collection is going in a different direction now and I need the space.
