Honda XR 125 - ready to ride away and enjoy. Purchased a few months ago to learn on ready for my test. Test successfully passed. so it's time to move up the engine ladder :) My reason for buying this bike after shopping around - Honda XRs are a good size. (most 125s feel small ) it's great on fuel. Pulls cleanly in each gear and sits comfortably at 60-65 which is great for A road riding. This particular bike:Good points:Garage I got it from (Roberts Motors W13) totally rebuilt the bike including:Big end bearingsPiston and ringsGasketsNew tyresNew chainNew carbServiced front forks (oil and seals)Luggage rackLong MOT & TaxDoes a gazillion miles to the gallon. Starts on the button. engine makes no knocks or rattles. suspension feels firm. breaks are strong. Not so good points. Has 28k on the clock - although given the work. not an issue re: engine wear etc. No service history - just V5 and MOT cert. Few fairing scratches. Only 1 keyAny questions feel free to ask.
