Honda CBR 400rr gull arm NC29 rossi rep

For sale is a  beautiful CBR 400rr. this bike gets lots of attention and really stands out

Bike is currently SORN (but as of October with the new tax rules even if it was taxed it would be pretty irrelevant) tax is ~£38  that's  about what I paid last year anyway

Bike is currently in the garage having its MOT done. so will come with a years MOT :D

She does have a few age related marks. she is 16. 5 yrs old  after all. but still going strong. There are a couple of little cracks in the fairing where the crash bungs were fitted years ago.  when I bought her 2. 5 years ago she already had them but they haven't got any bigger/worse in the time I've owned her and you only really notice them if you are looking.   Small rip in the pillion seat. they are ~ £30 on ebay if you wanted to replace it.

Other than that she is a stunning little bike.   Currently has the original exhaust on. but I will include the SP engineering Titanium GP stubby. which sounds and looks lovely on her.  This has been a really reliable bike never let me down. starts first time even in the winter she took me to and from work everyday in last years winter without fail.  I can also include a restrictor kit (33bhp) if required though it is not currently fitted.

New Battlax rear tyre last Nov when serviced can't remember the exact mileage at the moment but think it was 46/48 thou km ish which works out about 25-27. 00 miles. starts. runs. pulls nicely through the gears.   Only selling as I bought a 600 back in May and since then this wonderful bike has been sat around waiting for me but I have now reluctantly finally given in to the fact that I cant afford to insure 2 bikes plus my car and have 2 horses! That and I've been informed I'm not allowed 2 bikes on the drive!!!  :'( So she has had a beautiful tank re spray and in for her MOT for a new owner to enjoy her.  Low seat height makes her an excellent for female riders or just those with slightly short legs she handles great making her an ideal first big bike too.   Reasonable to insure and good on fuel

To summarise

GOOD bits: MOT til end Sept 2015. Beautifully re-sprayed tank that looks mint! Starts. runs. rides like it should! RELIABLE bike.   Crash bungs. Original exhaust and a SP engineering titanium GP stubby included. Restrictor kit included if required. New Battlax rear tyre last Nov when serviced. front tyre still good. MOT's back to 2009. Double bubble screen

Not so good bits; few scratches. age related marks and couple of cracks by crash bungs. small rip in pillion seat revealing a bit of sponge. little scuff on engine casing. hard to spot as on kickstand side (aka nothing drastic for a 16. 5 yr old bike!)

Please note : The silver flashes on the tank are no longer there as I have just had the tank professionally colour matched and re-sprayed. so it is actually an all yellow tank with black Honda wings now. but looks amazing even without the silver flashes  :)
