Honda CBR 600F 1996 Tax and MOT 31k miles 3 owners from new UK model

Please read this first partI have owned this bike since 2009 and it was left to me by a dear friend who passed away suddenly. i have kept the bike well cared for and only used on dry days in the summer. his mother has just suffered a heart attack a short while ago and i would like to sell the bike to pass on some money to her. Right then the bike itself. UK supplied CBR 600 F Sport 1996 model with a titanium slip on canFresh MOT as of 8/7/14 and TAX til Dec 14. Not ridden since. I have only covered 849 miles on this bike since 2009 when i had it left to me. nbsp;It has had a new set of Dunlop Sport Max Qualifers in April 2012 and fork seals including Pro RSF fork oil New front and rear pads and the carbs stripped and cleaned and fuel tank flushed and fuel lines replaced by Destination Triumph and MOT with full service including plugs and Castrol Fully Synthetic Oil service with filter 2012 at Destination Triumph Recently the bike went through its annual mot test and only needed a tyre valve. i did replace the battery due to it not holding a charge. TPG Motorcycles £111The bike itself is in good clean condition by not new and has done 31000 miles but its been looked after and starts and runs well. It has the superb Honda build as you would expect and the paint is still bright and clean as its been garaged most of its life. The bike has got a few marks and scuffs on it now due to age related things. but in 2013 our secure lock up was broken into and the bike got pushed out of the way to get to other items so it fell on its RH side and has got some scuffs. The fairings do have some age related stress fractures in places but nothing majorI have the V5 in my name and the original service book. stamped up to 20k and then old mot certificates and bills HPI clearI would like the bike to go to someone who will enjoy it and use it but more importantly i want to help out my late friends mum.
