1966 Honda CB450 Super Sport CB450KO BLACK BOMBER - VERY NICE - NO RESERVE!

This is a very nice low mileage 1966 Honda CB450KO Black Bomber. The engine starts easily and idles smoothly when warm. no strange noises. no smoke. no leaks whatsoever (Ser# CB450E-1024027). The transmission shifts up/down smoothly and quietly . Everything on this bike is fully functional. lights. starter. horn. switches etc. The chrome is original and in very good condition for 49 years old. Only very modest pitting and discoloration on the rims and spokes. The tank panels are dent free and the chrome presents very well. The previous owner had the body kit professionally painted and it looks great! The only body imperfections are a small dent at the rear of the tank at the seat line. and a small scuff on the left side of the rear fender (See Photos). New Kenda tires. tank coated with POR-15. new springs. caps and rollers on starter clutch. new battery. new seat cover. new oem petcock. The original exhaust system had some dents. rust holes etc so I replaced the entire system. The head pipes are NOS Honda paired with a new set of David Silver Spares replica mufflers. Between the head pipes and mufflers I spent $1000 and it looks like it. they are just beautiful! The mufflers are spot-on replicas of the oem with the exception of much nicer clamps. I was very impressed with the finished look and I'm sure you will be too. The bike comes with a Clean & Clear Ohio title that is in my name and possession. The title says the bike is a 1969 but it was common then for dealers to title bikes the year they were sold rather than the year built. and the Bombers were not big sellers back in the day. The bike is selling without reserve. there is No Buy It Now price. I will not end the auction for an early sale. the auction will run its course and the high bidder will own the bike. simple!
