1972 Honda Ct70 Vintage CT 70 Mini Trail Bike Motorcycle

1972 Honda CT70 that needs some work. Most of this bike is pretty solid and should not take much to be a runner. -What it absolutely needs to run is a gas tank and a spark plug cap for the coil wire (I myself would buy a complete replacement coil with with everything off ebay). -Front brakes work but the back drum brakes are tight and will need attention. Back brake hand lever is stuck but foot lever is not. -If you want the seat to be nice I would not just cover it as the metal base is bad (someone picked it up by the seat and bent the base) so you would need a complete seat to be perfect. It does latch down if you want to leave it as it is. -Tail light is cracked-Tires should be replaced as usual although front does hold air-Passenger foot peg is bent-Front fender has a dent/s-Looks like right handle bar is bet/twisted-Looks like headlight mounts are bent-Typical surface rust in some areas but no badMost if this is basic stuff for a vintage bike that has been sitting for a long time in a barn. I've only looked over it and cleaned it up a bit. I cleaned it up because it was really dirty and even looked like it had some manure on it. It also sat in my shed for 6 months untouched. I did not mess with the motor or tear anything apart. May also be missing some nuts. bolts. or other hardware as expected. It has less than 3. 00 miles on the motor and it turns over well. Everything looks to be 100% original and almost complete other than the missing gas tank. It does have the key and the owners manual tucked under the seat. I bought this last fall with the intentions of keeping it but I found something else I would rather have which is why I am parting with it. This bike has a lot of potential and could be an easy project to get running just to use as it is. Please take a good look at the photos. You are buying this as is with no warranty. I strongly encourage anyone to inspect the vehicle in person prior to bidding. Remember this bike is 43 years old and sat in a barn for a long period of time. If you have any questions please ask.
