1988 GL1500 Goldwing Gold wing 1500 Loaded, Very Inexpensive ! !

1988 Gold Wing 1500 starts runs shifts drives stops very well... The 1988 was the first year for the 1500 motor and there were no sub models a Gold Wing was a Gold Wing.. Therefore this 1500 Gold Wing is LOADED with features not found on the newer Aspencade or Interstate models... This bike has REVERSE it has AIR RIDE with onboard compressor it has anINTERCOM system it has ELECTRONIC CRUISE CONTROLit has the VENTED windshield AM/FM cassetteRADIO etc... EVERYTHING that Honda removed for the cheaper models from 89 on...

Walking around the bike you will notice new muffler/tailpipes on both sides LIGHTS replacing the reflectors on the rear bags for increased visibility a large chrome luggage rack on top of the rear trunk and a newer seat very soft and comfortable. Other than that it is very stock not a lot of tasteless or worn out accessories that I see on a lot of older Gold Wings that actually make the bike look worse in time... >>>>> PLEASE KEEP IN MIND <<<<< This IS a 1988 and parts show their age (plastic panels fading light scratches/scuffs through outetc..) THIS IS NOT A SHOW BIKE but just like in the pictures it looks GREAT with no damage just previous enjoyment.

Tires are about 90%

As you will notice in the pic of the dash the LCD display is dark on the left and creeps over towards the center it's the dried out gel inside the display a VERY common problem among the older 1500 Gold Wings.. The display still works just fine It's not damaged just a little annoying.

I have ridden the bike and it rides very well its VERY hard to find an inexpensive 1500 in this condition. I don't usually offer Buy-It-Now but IT'S TIME TO RIDE!!
