1989 Honda Goldwing Trike GL1500SE

I'm the third owner of this Goldwing. The previous owner bought it in July 2006 from the original owner with only 33000 miles. I boughtit last year becausethe wife wouldn't ride with me on a conventional two wheel motorcycle. After a full year of ownership we discovered we don't have the time to ride together nearly enough to justify this trike. We discussed taking itona Route 66 vacation and other cross country destinations but that's not going to happen in the near future so I'll be going back to two wheels.

The bike needs nothing. I've put on 7000 miles inone year. The previous owner travelled all over the country. With that said .... it does have a few cosmetic things. I never let them bother me personally because mechanically the bike is 100%.

1.The wood grain panel kit is old and the clear coat is cracking. The previous owner was sanding it and recoating but it really needs to be replaced or removed. The worstsection is the gas tankdoor panel. You can't see it from 5 feet away but you'll notice it up close. 2. There are two bruises on the right rear where the paint is chipped off. 3. Passenger side rear speaker cover was replaced at some point with a slightly different color. 4. Passenger rear side pocket door is missing. 5. At just the right angle and under the bright sunlight on the front fenderyou can see where they removed the pin striping on the sides and star design on top.

Moving on -

This trike has all the standard features you expect from a GoldWing; reverse cruise control air compressor integrated driver & passenger communication system with radio and CB. Maintenance recordsonhand goingback to 2008 however hasalways been dealer serviced at recommended intervals from day one. Original owner had serviced in Lake City. Previous owner had serviced with Hayden Honda who did the trike conversion. Always garage kept.Most recent oil change in May at 82198. California Sidecar (CSC) Trike Conversion with EZ steer in 2008 with Ford straight axle rear end and dual disc brakes. The previous owner travelled all over this beautiful country over the next couple years and never hada problem. Folder with service receipts for oil changesfrom 44000 miles and maintenance records including; rebuilt alternator and new Diamond Seat in summer of 2010. Brake and clutch system flushed in fall of 2010 at 59000 miles. New vented windshield in 2012. New air filter in summer of 2012 at 67000 miles. New battery and spark plugs in July 2013 at 75000 miles. Accessories include; Baker wind wings; Air Compressor with hoses in trunk; auxiliary 12 Volt hookup in trunk and left fairing pocket; driver backrest trailer hitch and wiring heated hand grips trunk spoiler Passenger Armrests; Chrome Cam End Cover Set; Chrome Heel Toe Shifter; Aluminum rear wheels; Lots of Chrome; ABS Chrome Front Fender Extender Ram Mount hardware. Half cover and Service Manual also included.
