Everything is in working order but will need a rear tire to pass PA inspection. Front Tire is 3/32 & Rear Tire is under 2/32.

Brakes are good. Front pads are 6/32"

Front rotor 6.10 mm with a 5 mm minimum

Rear drum brake indicator is showing good
