1978 cx500 frame. 1980 cx500 engine. Wheels from custom model. Tires are Firestone spitfires with 200 miles.Stock wire harness modified for hand made battery box. Diagram for wire harness modification can be included.Front brake caliper overhauled, ew pads, ew braided line. Master cylinder aftermarket for better stoping. New shoes in rear drum brake. Hand made rear brake light and liscence platebracket.Carburetor cleaned and re-jetted with 90/120 jets. New float needles and uni pod filters. Carb was cleaned and balanced may require fine tuning depending on elevation and climate.Exhaust is stock with heat wrap. Hand made rear frame loop. Hand made seat pan and seat. Ignition stock and relocated under battery box. Gas tank is from Kawasaki kz750b inside treated with POR15 (ethanol resistant) and is mounted with hand made brackets that can be removed. Suspension is stock. Front end lowered at triple tree. Clip on handle bars.No instruments just turn signal indicators for aftermarket turn signals. New valve cover gaskets and spark plugs.4 oil changes including filter since bike was first fired up from long term storage.Coolant system flushed. New thermostat, echanical seal, hrust washer, nd polo mint for water pump.Great for city/suburban commute.
