1970 Honda CL350 motorcycle, Restoration project

Nice unrestored CL350 with original paint, wners manual and Ohio title. I had it running 7 months ago after years of storage. I cleaned the fuel tank, eplaced fuel hoses, etcock and installed a new battery. The bike ran well with no smoke or engine noise but did seem to have carb issues and will at least need overhaul kits or updated carbs. Another issue I noticed was the starter intermittently stays engaged when cranking. The tires are weather checked, ront holds air but the rear is off the bead of the wheel, oth need replacing. The shifter tip is broken off and missing ( see pics) I am selling the bike as a project that is not currently running nor driving. The bike is titled in Ohio and not in my name but I will give you a bill of sale with the Ohio title..Please feel free to contact me with any questions. It is a nice project bike.
