Description

I decided to sell one of my Mini Trails in my collection. This one was my first build from about 2 years ago.
It started with just frame that was incredibly rust free inside and out.I had it painted 1960's GM Ermine White by my buddy down at the local Chevy Dealership in automotive base coat/clear coat in high quality Sherwin Williams paint.
This bike has worn a couple different configurations of Engines, suspensions, tires and wheels throughout the years, finally settling on what we have here today.Much of this has been shared on LilHonda forums with lots of interest and compliments. 67motorcat is my handle if anyone would like to check it out.
This final version of this build is my favorite so far: It is mix of OE, Repro and custom parts with about 1000 miles on Chassis and about 100 miles on this engine
(1) We have 74' XR75 front fork suspension with stock CT70 triple trees bored out to 27mm to allow installation.
(2) The new version of the Lifan 125cc 4-up engine with about 100 miles on the clock.
(3) Full 12V conversion utilizing all new CHP harness and OEM Honda Key switch along with Beatrice Cycle conversion harness.
(4) Custom rear tail light with operating brake light and headlight along with gauge cluster lighting.
(5) New OEM Honda Steel gas tank and CHP reproduction seat.
(6) CHP split aluminum wide wheels mated to OEM hubs and brand new Bridegstone Trail wing tires.
(7) New brakes and wheel bearings, triple tree bearings, etc.
(8) Custom modified intake manifold and 22mm Carb mated to stock Air cleaner with custom boot adapter
(9) Oil change at about 50 miles and magnetic drain plug installed.
(10) ST90 fork ears modified to accept Chrome Reproduction headlight bucket and Reproduction speedometer.
(11) High Quality CHP 13 inch Japanese rear shock absorbers.
(12) Late model XR80 kickstand mated to Powder Coated foot peg assembly for durability.
(13) Custom exhaust with removable baffle at the rear of the resonator, sound very good and not too loud.
(14) Rear Bobbed reproduction Chrome fender.
I built this Bike to last.Everything works perfectly as it should and the suspension is really, really nice. Now that the CHP rear shocks are broke in,the rear end really soaks up the bumps. It has a 15-38 sprocket set up now,a lot of toque,a gear down would easily achieve 50 MPH if desired.
The pictures speak for themselves, though not a true concourse original, very fun to ride around and performs better than any original ever could.
Bill of Sale only with Purchase.I don't have and never did have a title, but certainly could be made street legal.
Pick up only,no way to ship.$500.00 deposit via Paypal please at close of auction.Remainder upon pick-up.
I have a 1972 original Honda CT70 3-speed engine that goes with the Bike as well that needs rebuilding!
I believe my Auction starting price is very fair considering the market and condition of this Bike.More than willing to answer any questions or provide more information.
NO RESERVE!!
Thanks!
