GOLDWINGS ARE KNOWN TO GO 200,000, 00,000 OR MORE MILES BECAUSE OF THEIR LOW REVVING 6 CYLINDER BOXER ENGINES. AT 5,500 RPM MAX, HEY DON'T GET OVERWORKED.

THE GOLDWING 1500 WAS THE FIRST LINE OF GOLDWINGS TO HAVE REVERSE. PEOPLE THINK HARLEY'S ARE COOL, UT, RY TO GET THE MILEAGE, ERFORMANCE, ND RELIABILITY OUT OF A HARLEY THAT YOU GET FROM A GOLDWING.

ONBOARD AIR COMPRESSOR FOR SUSPENSION, IRE INFLATION AND AIR MATTRESS INFLATION.

FACTORY CRUISE CONTROL, M-FM-CASSETTE RADIO, ITH HANDLE BAR CONTROLS. JUST LIKE YOUR CAR'S CONTROLS.

I BOUGHT THIS BIKE ON EBAY 2 YEARS AGO WITH THE INTENT OF TAKING THOSE LONG LEISURELY TRIPS.

MINOR FLAWS ARE SHOWN IN THE PICS.

NOTE: THE LEFT SIDE HAS 'WELTS' THAT LOOK LIKE THEY WERE MADE BY AN EXTENSION CORD THE PREVIOUS OWNER USED AND IT OVERHEATED. THE 'WELTS' ARE NOTICABLE IN THE RIGHT LIGHT OR UP CLOSE.

THE BATTERY COVER PANEL HAS A BROKEN TAB. THE PREVIOUS OWNER USED A SHEET METAL TYPE SCREW TO SECURE THE COVER. IT'S MORE SECURE THAN IF THE TAB WAS USED.

1989 HONDA GOLDWING GL 1500
I bought this 2 years ago and registered it last year, ith the intent of long distance rides. That was before another knee surgery.
This bike is too heavy for me to feel comfortable when I come to a stop. My knees and shoulders are junk. I've replaced the Goldwing with a BMW 1150RT.
The bike has 71,692 miles on it now, nd had 69,300 when I bought it. I've put 2,392 on it. The bike had brand new Dunlop Elite tires front and rear, o that is how many miles they have on them now.
Has reverse, M-FM-Cassette, ruise Control, verything works. Compressor, ear air suspension ( I don't have cassettes)
CLEAN TITLE in my possession.
The 1500's have more cargo space than the 1800's.
Took acouple of long rides to Torrey/Escalante and one to Moab/Canyonlands, tahand it got 43 mpg at 75 mph.
It would be hard to find another bike in this kind of condition, VERY GOOD. It has minor blemishes, ut they are mostly hard to see at 5 feet away.
It has a trailer hitch-never used and all the usual chrome do-dads.
THIS BIKE IS VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED.
It has lower mileage than similar listings and is lower in price.
