The riding position is similar to standard bike styles. There is a helmet-sized internal storage in place of the traditional fuel tank, hich in turn is located under the seat.[1] The series is often marketed as fun to ride, asy to handle and very fuel efficient.[2][3]X!!!!! The motorcycle has 17k miles on it and is in great overall condition. This bike has 17k miles on it and comes with the saddle bags which can be seen in the pictures. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, lorida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, hen only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, hen the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, lorida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, ivil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, he parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
Fee and Tax Information:
*All vehicles are subject to a $299.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited t, ourier, ed-Ex, nd Delivery to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, ar wholesalers etc. A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*
The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. We would like a copy of any cashier check you may be using faxed to us before the delivery date. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.
You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, ith a cashiers or
certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable
for the deposit as well, nd we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If
you are the winner, $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is
picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, lease do not bid.
Final payment is expected within three (3) days thereafter. (FYI...if you have good feedback and need extra time for payment in full. Please send a message via ebay or call Alicia 754-224-1311. Will work with you best I can to make it work for both of us.
Important tax info:
If you are a Florida resident, ou will be required to pay Florida's 6%
sales tax and registration fees including a $30 dmv courier fee. If you are not a Florida resident, nd you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, ou will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, ou will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, e will not charge you any sales tax. There will be a $79 fee for a 30 day temp tag for your trip home. If you have the vehicle shipped, e will not charge you any sales tax (however, ou will have to pay your state's tax at home).
Regarding the Buy It Now option:
If this vehicle has a "Buy It Now" option, ou must leave a Paypal deposit
if you click the Buy It Now. If you wish to purchase the vehicle with a Buy It Now, nd do not have a PayPal account, lease call so that we can disable this feature.
We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail.
We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, hat you use registered, eturn receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, s well as ours.
