1988 HONDA NC21 VFR400R

Extremely rare Honda NC21, lso known as the VFR400R. This bike is the predecessor to the more widely produced NC30. These were manufactured in Japan and sold only there and in Europe. I do not know how many were imported to the US through the grey market, ut they are very far and few between. I have two for sale, ne that is a rider and the other is a roller parts bike. Roller has good compression and is about 75% complete, ould be a great naked bike project. When complete would probably be the only naked NC21 in the country.
Both were was sold in Japan as you can see from the model ID tags on the windshield and brought to the U.S. in the early 90's. I have only found ads for 4-5 of these bikes that have sold over the last 10 years or so.
Condition of the driver is 8.5/10 (the bike with fairings). The roller (without fairings and otherwise incomplete) has good compression and would run, ut otherwise is obviously in need of TLC or is a parts bike
The rider has 33000 km, hich is about 20000 miles. Has been very well maintained and is in great condition. Freshly tuned up with complete fuel system service and ready to go.
The big challenge with these is getting them lawfully titled and registered, ince the VIN's basically come up as nothing. This one it titled in CO with clear title and ready to go.
