1978 HONDA CB750 (Converted K model)

I bought this (K) Model CB from a second owner who knew the original owner in South Dakota. The bike was garage kept for most of its life. It had a Windjammer on it, hich I removed and replaced with a used headlight cowl and trim ring, nd new headlight from Honda. I have all of the stock lights, orn, tool kit and manual that came with the bike. I had to grind off the oil filter housing bolt, o I purchased that new from a Honda dealer, nd a salvaged oil filter housing. I removed the airbox and replaced them with K and N air pods. I had the carbs gone through thoroughly, .e. cleaned, e-jetted and new floats put in. Besides being placed on a dyno to totally dial 36 year-old carbs in, he bike runs pretty after great!
I had a new clutch cable installed, put on the straight(er) bars, nd I pulled all of the shock springs, tc. off to start cleaning the chrome. The tires have little dry rot and lots of tread. The battery was replaced last Fall. and it was given an oil change and filter.
The tank is not perfect, ith some scratches, ut no dents. I would assume a re-paint if you're thinking of taking her all the way to cool, nd I do have the bottom chrome trim, lthough I cant speak to how well it will go back on. I do have a crate full of parts, ike blinkers, horn, he old bars, tc.
