1968 Honda Z50A Mini Trail Slant Guard

You are bidding on a freshly restored 1968Honda Mini Trail Slant Guard. It has been completely dismantled every painted part bead blasted and repainted, very mechanical partcleaned, epaired or replaced. The engine is just barley broken in. The engine has been fully rebuilt andhas had the original cylinder bored to match a new oversized piston. The gas tank is the original with the welded neck it has been soldered and the inside lined, he frame has visible damage by rear wheel from chain rubbing when it came off during its life. The frame has a crack in the paint which may be a possible frame crackI'm not sure I didn't notice it when it was bead blasted and I cant see it flex at all when bouncing on the seat. The rear fender has a plastic mud flap on it I'm not sure if it was a special dealership option or not but for the sake of originality I left it, ast the long tail chain cover is the original it was cracked so it has been repaired by means of brazing. This bike runs and drives like new the suspension and seat are very plush and comfortable, 've paid attention to the small details that were unique to these bikes including the white plastic grips and levers, he original style tires, he "stitched" piping on the seat cover, he original on off switch and the small backing plate behind it. Everything works as it should no odd noises or anything like that, t will stall if left unattended while idling for a while but that is just the nature of the motor. The frame has some paint removed for viewing of the serial number which is Z50-A-10439 the motor serial is Z50AE-104329. This is the first generation of the mini trails with the slanted exhaust guard, rare bike that no Honda collection should be without. I have all receipts for $1194.09 worth of parts and machine work this is not including the $350.00 paint job witch I have no receipt for. Now for a short listing of some of the new parts in the engine and on the frame; NEW valve train, iston and rings, rank bearings, ransmission bearings, ll gaskets and seals, onda handle bars, eat foam and cover, ork guides, ushings and seals, ir filter and housing, oot peg assembly, ick start lever assembly, ires and tubes, gain this is just a short list. The bike has no title just bill of sale and is an as is sale.
