Up for sale is a 2005 CBR 1000 RR in winning red. The bike itself has 23k on the odometer. The engine was changed out at 13k miles and replaced with a 2006 model. The replacement engine was almost new at the time. Overall it is in very good condition. Mechanically to my knowledge there is nothing wrong with the bike. Having always been mechanically inclined I say that with confidence. The tires will most likely need replacing in the near future. They are only two seasons old with about 6k miles on them. Due to the excessive highway riding they have a slightly irregular wear pattern. Cosmetically the bike is pristine! I decided to replace all of the fairings about 2 years ago with brand new OEM plastic. The bike has never been dropped since I have had it and shows no signs of having ever been dropped. Zero road rash and super shiny! Always stored in the garage. I can honestly say that I never lifted the front wheel or spun the rear tire since I have owned this bike.
