1995 Honda CB-1000 "The Big One" CB1000

1995 Honda CB-1000 - "THE BIG ONE!" Number 173 off the production line.

This bike has only 2,8i8 original miles on it.

My Hope is that is stays in someone's collection - I'm selling it because I am just flat out of room in my museum & havenew bikes coming in.

I purchased it from the original owner for my collectiona long time ago.

When I got it - it had been sitting in the guys heated garage under a blanket for about 8-9 years

So, y mechanic when through the entire bike head to toe.

1- New tires F & R

2- Carbs re-built with new Honda OEM ethanol resistance needles & seats, rings, askets etc. Float levels checked & carbs digitally synced up & balanced.

3- All fluidsflushed & replaced - Front & Rear Disc brake fluids - Clutch fluids - Coolant - Fork oils.

4- The bike was then Mothballed and put into my collection after I rode it several times - talk about BIG BORE GRUNT! This bike has it!!!.

This motorcycle even has the Original Tool Kit and Owner's manual that will back go under the seat.

Please note that there are no scrapes / damage on the exhaust pipe / engine guards on either side Etc.

The bike is almost perfect and could go straight back into another Museum with just a light dust off.

The only imperfection is a nick on the center right of the gas tank. It's hard to see without looking for it. The original owner touch it up with correct OEM paint but didn't lay down a coat of primer 1st. so it's slightly off color.

Hey - I forgot to mention . . . note in the 1st and last pictures Honda's very trick feature on this bike -
The quick change system at the bottom of the forks for front tire swaps / changes. Honda has only put
this design on a few of their NON-race street bikes - VERY COOL !!!
