Original Paint on Frame,Swing-arm, eadlight and Front Fender
I have restored as close to original as I felt possible for the money. On a very few items I opted forfunctionalityvs.originality, asteners on pegs and I replaced the screws in point housing with socket cap screws.
Items that are new,Tires, ell almost, hey were new the first time around, aybe 100 milesBrakes, earings, nd seals on both front and rear wheels, ront fork boots and seals, oth sprockets and chain, attery and battery box, arb to air box rubber snout, eat cover,passengerpegs, ider pegs with kick stand,mirrors, riginal lever, rips, ick stand springs and rubbers, iber washers and clamp packing onexhaust, hock mount rubbers, uel lines and filters, ick start rubber, ecalsI replaced the clutch, t was fine, had it apart to inspect, o I replaced plates and springs, inspectedthe 2 speed gear box, t is in perfect working order. Somewhere along the line thecarburetorwas replaced.
The battery box had only a frontpiece, o i added a new rear bracket, added a modern fuse holder and fuse on the new battery and included a tool kit, ot original, ut the bike will never know the difference.
i cleaned, olished, ainted and massaged almosteverythingto get it as best as I could, omeone could easily take it further,
I am open to offers, nbsp;I put it on ebay to sell, am doing DMV now, t has the wire for turn signals,it came with nonefrom the factory. Horn works, ail light works, rake light works, nd head light works, nbsp;Thank you for looking,
I did buy all the parts from beatrice cycle, am awaiting the rubber ring for the air cleaner and the stud which holds the silver frame cover on, have yet to replace the handlebar grips, ut I do have them, nd i just noticed it has a front flat, o new tube tomorrow.
