1973-74 Honda CR 250 M, Complete Bike and also a 1973 Roller with lots of parts

I have a complete 74 CR 250 M and a 73 roller. I bought both these bikes and all the parts a couple years ago with full intentions of restoring them. I just don't have the time and it's time to pass them on to someone else who does.
When I bought them I was told the complete 74 was fresh and race ready. I've only rode it around the yard a few times and it runs great and shifts fine, hat's all the knowledge I have of the bike. The vin number on the red bike is, 018582. Also, he current gas tank on the red bike is an MT Elsinore steel tank and not aluminum.
The black roller frame is a 1973 and has a very low vin number, 0000341. Since the vin numbers started at 10000216 that would make the black frame the 125th bike produced and probably first day production.
At some point someone moved the shocks forward and the red number plates are not correct for 73. Also the engine that is in the frame is not original to the bike to my knowledge.
There is a fresh engine included along with a few more cases, ylinders, eads, ransmissions and so on. There are bins full of parts all Elsinore 250cc stuff. There are a few new parts in the mix also like a shifter lever. There are lots of pictures so please look close to see what's there. I think anybody would be hard pressed to find this many CR 250 m parts in one place in one lot. There is far to much to list or remember what all is there.
