I inherited the bike from my uncle as this project hadn't been completed before he passed. I finished the project of getting the bike up and running. I am not aware of any mechanical issues not listed here.
Bike runs and rides straight and is all original. Fires up without issue even in cold weather. Shifts through the gears smoothly. Clean CA title with under 26,000 miles on it.
Oil has recently been changed, attery is relatively new and in good shape, ew front tire. All lights / electrical works as it should. No drips of oil or coolant anywhere.
What it needs:- Rear brake reservoir is cracked so it does not hold fluid- Rear suspension dampener / adjustment pull knob is damaged / broken.
Overall this bike is in pretty good shape for being over 30 years old.
I can tell the bike has been down on its left side. Please see pictures which show highlighted damage. The damage does include a small piece of metal behind the engine cover (highlighted in the last picture). I don't believe this to be an issue as it does not leak fluid and could be sealed by welding, r using a small amount of RTV type sealant.
Auction also includes the fiberglass full lower fairing (mounting hardware is not included).
I do not have any service records or history for this vehicle so I am providing all of what I know.Seller will be responsible for shipping.
