1998 Honda Valkryie Goldwing Sport Touring Motorcycle

Don,t be worried about the mileage on this bike. I,m the second owner and I know the original owner and the machines history This bike has seen alot of this country, hich accounts for the high mileage. Purchaced new at Bob Logue Motor Sports in Williamsport Pa. The drivetrain has never required any major repairs and has been serviced and tuned regularly by the selling dealer. The engine runs perfectly, o noises, moke, xcessive oil consumption, eaks, ibration, othing but smooth idle, cceleration and plenty of power from the 1500 cc. flat six cylinder. The transmission works properly, hifts smoothly with no abnormal noise. It,s the five speed with no reverse gearing. The wiring is in great shape, ll lights and gauges work fine. The brakes stop this bike quickly with no hesitation. The tires are excellent with plenty of tread. I recently had the carbs. removed, leaned and synched, eplaced the thermostat and housing and flushed the cooling system, ew spark plugs, ew seal at shifter shaft, ew choke cable. The original owner spent close to $ 2000 for aftermarket chrome and accys. He also backed into something hard enough to crack the fiberglass rear fender and repaired it. The only way you can see the repair is by removing the luggage compartments. This repair has no adverse affect on the functionability of the fender. This bike works great and handles superb. The heavy low center of gravity and the powerful six cylinder engine makes this an excellent highway bike or a real fun ride on back country roads. S, f this is what you,ve been looking for, ou found a real good one and you can stop looking and start riding now. I,m selling only because my riding days are over thanks to a bad back condition. So like I said before, on,t worry about the mileage with this one, t,s always been treated with TLC. Forgot to mention, round 3000 miles ago it had it,s first clutch replacement.
