1978 HONDA CB550K SUPER NICE LOW MILE ORIGINAL BIKE,PERIOD CORRECT 4 INTO 1

This bike is the deep dark cherry red that Honda calls "Candy Alpha Red" and the color is amazing,as it changes color(looks black or dark brown at night or dark purple and dark red during the day. Anyways the bike runs fantastic and the 4 into 1 system sounds sinister when you wind her out. The carbs have been rebuilt and sinc'd to the 4 into1 system. The bike is not museum quality but real darn close!!! The tank as pristine inside and out(there are a few tiny chips but nothing that would turn you away) The seat looks like new on top side and bottom pan also. The gauges are not faded at all. All electrical works great and even the annoying turn signal beepers work! I put a new gel battery in her,changed oil/plugs/air filter so she is ready to hit the open road. I just had her out today for a spin around the neighborhood and the bike runs so smooth and strong. The sidecovers have no cracks or damage of any kind(super rare). The 4 into 1 header has no dings or rust but does have a few little pits in the chrome. The rims also have some pitting The factory yellow markings are evident thruout the bike. The best thing is the bike is not loud until you wind her out(then she sounds awesome!) The bike has zero issues and I have a clear title and can even deliver if needed but I think you are going to want to ride this bike home. The last pics shown are the bike with the windshield/luggage rack/engine guard with highway pegs. If you would like these items back on the bike,I will reluctantly reinstall them for you(I think the bike looks excellent with out all those add-ons) but you can choose to have all the extras if you want them. the motor# CB550E-2121001
