1978 HONDA GOLDWING GL1100 48,840 Miles Custom Paint Job Title Needs Correction.

Here is a 1978 HONDA GOLDWING GL1100 project with 48,840 miles that has been sitting inside storage for five years and I was told the bike ran when parked,motor turns over when bike is pushed in gear,the throttle twisted but didn't return,front brake works rear doesn't,tranny shifts threw the gears,clutch lever pulls in hard,tank looks ok inside,i aquired this bike from a party who acquired it with a signature on the buyers portion of the title,the title is a Iowa title,so the title needs to be corrected if you would need to register it in your name,and the party I acquired the bike from doesn't know either party who is on the title and I haven't tried to contact either party also,the side panels read GL1000 but the motor covers say 1100,the engine # is GL1E-4016656,frame # is GL1-4016580,the carbs probably will need cleaning before the bike will run,battery needs to be replaced,there might be a nut or bolt missing here and there and or other and might be some rust here and there on the bike also,selling as is although I don't see any major repairs that the bike will need,buyer will have to pay for shipping and locate there own shipper if one is needed I'm not sure there prices they have been here several times usually uship.com,i can store the bike for two weeks after the auction if your not local,auction may end early because I might sell the bike before the auction ends,paypal accepted as payment if your not local,Thanks for looking and good luck bidding the bike is located in Forest lake Minnesota 55025,Always looking for old and or unwanted motorcycles and snowmobiles Carl.
