Honda VF1000R Interceptor One the first 100 in production

This is a very low production number of Honda's no holds barred production endurance racer. This is the first year model with a production # of 65, he engine number matches, ee photos.
If you are unfamiliar with these bikes, ake a minute to look them up. They are very cool, onda made these so they could compete in Endurance races in Europe. They are one of very few V4 models to use gear driven cams. This model is one of the few production models ever to have a 'quick change' front wheel. These bikes are very fast.
This serial number indicates this is a 49 state ( no California emissions ) bike. VIN is JH2SC1607FM000065 Engine Serial is SC16E-2100722
The good the bad and the ugly about this bike is;It was ridden into the shop, ut it does not run now. It sat here for about a year and now needs a battery and a carb clean. It sounded awesome when it ran. The bike is stock except for the front wheel and paint.It has the stock exhaust and mufflers, tock bodywork, tock mirrors stock seat. It came with the original front wheel if you want to put that back on. Either way it will need a front tire. This bike has been repainted and will need some fairing repair as shown in the pictures. The bodywork on this bike is fiberglass so it is easy to repair. Fenders are stock and uncut.
