Description
I don't think the pictures do it justice. It looks great in person and is a bike you could buy over the phone without seeing it and not be disappointed at all.LEGAL STUFF:Used high performance motorcycles have no warranty, f course. Sold as is where is. Please ask questions before you buy ...any questions. I encourage you or your agent to come look before the auction ends. I reserve the right to end the auction early in case I sell it locally. I have a reasonable reserve to protect myself and will not reveal that number. I am happy to assist in loading or helping a shipper but of course that expense is on the purchaser.

1999 HONDA VTR1000F SUPERHAWK
EXTREMELY LOW MILES (1000/YEAR) ALWAYS KEPT IN A HEATED/AIR-CONDITIONED GARAGE & UNDER A COVER AND IS IN EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION ENGINE IS “BOX STOCK” AND IS ORIGINAL EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING: RE-JETTED AND SUPER TUNED PROFESSIONALLY BY AN EXPERT PROFESSIONAL TUNER/SHOP TECH. Bike has aftermarket full lower fairing (like an RC-51), ustom graphics, ardine R1 high mount STAINLESS STEEL exhaust, runk kit under seat, hrome wheels (SENT OFF TO CALIFORNIA TO POLISH THE ROUGH ALUMINUM CASTING THEN TRIPLE SHOW CHROME PLATED AND POLISHED @ $1,000.00), oam hand grips - much nicer than the hard rubber stock ones. LED tail lamp with integrated turn signals, nd the aluminum frame is hand polished. Recent new rubber frt/rear (three-four hundred miles at most). Handlebar risers and friction cruise control added so can be ridden in a more “upright” position. It also has a bright red tank mask I added to keep my jacket zipper off the tank. I'll try to add a picture of that. This is NOT an old abused and hot-rodded kid's bike. Original ADULT owner was the “tuner” and perfectionist. I am the second owner and am 72 years old. I have many motorcycles in my collection but my health is headed downhill and I need to continue to “thin the herd”. I have sold my aircraft AND hangar and some old cars and 18 motorcycles already, nd was saving this one until last. It is time. I enjoy this motorcycle very much and it is perfect for where I live here in the “twisties” of the Ozark Mountains. I will at least keep my GoldWing for me and the "little wife." This motorcycle is not part of a “fire” sale and is only being sold because of my age. It is truly better than new in many ways and has been babied. It has a quick kill switch wired in to make it legal for “track days” however I have never had the nerve to try that..yet! Please, o scammers, r test riders. You must bring the money AND a motorcycle endorsement license if you want to ride it (I'll hold the money, r. Lic and the keys to your car). Bike was never down or hurt in any way. Bike is show quality. Big V-Twin sounds like a real motorcycle not like a Ferrari or a 4 cyl. "Crotch Rocket". This motorcycle is F-A-S-T, owerful and torquey, ot recommended for a novice. I had an RC-51 before this and I like this better. Basically the same bike but a little tamer........but not much! The exhaust is not loud but does make a motorcycle type noise not like my "Wing"The only scratches that I am aware of are on the "nose" of the lower fairing do to road debris having been thrown at it from the front tire. No dents anywhere. Mostly this machine appears as near new. Did I mention this bike is powerful, ngine is quite, ear tire wears quickly do to the tremendous torque. It's fun to ride because it pulls like a freight train.I don't think the pictures do it justice.
