Custom 1981 Honda CB900c

I am listing my Custom 1981 CB 900C. We just moved across country and I enjoy it but, 'm looking for a newer sport touring. I am selling the bike as is, o warranty!
I have owned it for 2 1/2 years. 31k miles before I had the top end completely rebuilt(jugs/pistons/rings/etc). It has more of a brat/tracker style and there are a lot of extras. I have done some of the work and had a lot of work done by local shops in Chicagoland.
The bike starts, uns and rides great. I have a clean and clear IL title in hand. The bike and parts are probably worth more than I'm asking but it is a 30yr old bike and I'm trying to be realistic. I'd rather have a newer bike and would like to avoid having to transfer registration to NC.
Upgrades or improvements:- Top end rebuilt/Bored over with high compression Wiseco pistons to 985cc- One of a kind seat made from original shaved seat pan- Custom mounted retro-fit sequential taillight from a 2014 CBR- Custom side covers and license plate bracket- Original rear air ride shocks converted to new progressive shocks/springs- Powdercoated gas tank and other misc. powder coat- New digital tach- Steel braided brake lines, ew brake pads/cylinder rebuilds- Front shocks rebuilt- New Shinko whitewall tires- Carbs rebuilt and tuned
Could be improved:- Has original exhaust and it has a small exhaust leak near mid pipe- New tach is wired in and counts RPMs but needs to be calibrated for speed/mileage.
