Here we have for sale an all original 1969 Honda Trail 70 pre production silver tag early mini bike. This is a very rare Honda that was made before Honda mass produced these bikes. These early "silver tag" bikes are rare to find and especially sought after because of how early they are. This bike is all original besides brand new original style tires. All of the original silver tag parts are still on the bike which makes the bike even better! The original silver tag fenders with the extra lip on them are on the bike, he flat rear brake stay, he Philips head screws on the chain guard, he one piece stator cover, he thin black handlebars knobs, he black brake levers, eat pan with the two piece bolted on tool holder, he black backed horn with with the screws, nd more are all still on the bike. These bikes have their little unique parts that this bike still has that makes this bike super cool and with only 1300 original miles, real time capsule. The bike is a cool little survivor bike with a nice original patina look to it. The paint is all original and the chrome is too but there is patina on everything, ight in areas, nd more in others. The bike runs great! It starts up first kick and idles like a well oiled machine. The bike sounds great and doesn't make any noises. The transmission shifts through all the gears with ease. The side covers on the bike has some wear on them. The chrome exhaust pipe is in good shape and the chrome is shiny but shows a little patina on it. The exhaust pipe is solid with no rust issues like a lot of pipes get. The seat is all original and an original silver tag style. The cover is in great shape! The foam is still nice and plush. The carburetor was just rebuilt and is in good running order. The cables are all original on the bike and are in good condition. The handlebars and controls are all original and straight and in nice shape! The headlight switch knobs is broken but the switch still goes up and down. I put a brand new battery in the bike and made sure that the electrical all works. Overall this is a rare and highly sought after early pre production silver tag ct70. You don't see these bikes, his is a perfect original bike that you can enjoy and ride and have a blast with. This bike will always be the most collectible out of all the ct70's.
