1978 Honda CB750K Cafe/Brat

For sale is a 1978 Honda CB750K (17,820 miles) that has been modified to a cafe/brat style of bike. I acquired the bike in its stock form and replaced the front master cylinder with an aftermarket unit, s well as the front brake line with a new steel braided unit to replace the worn OEM rubber line. Additionally, put clubman style bars on and replaced the cruiser-style seat with a brat-style seat with an up-swept back. Also, he side panels of the bike are freshly repainted by a body shop and are scratch free. In an effort to disclose everything with the bike, ee my comments below.
Cosmetic comments:
- Freshly painted side pods
- There is a half dollar-sized part on the fuel tank where the paint was touched up and the shade of paint is slightly off, hough this is not easily noticeable from more than a few feet away. See the photograph of the tank.
- The mirror rim (not the mirror itself) fell off the bike due to me forgetting to tighten the screw holding it. The rim therefore has some minor cosmetic pitting on it from falling on the asphalt. The mirror itself is fine and the damage is not noticeable. See the photo of the mirror for the cosmetic damage.
- Someone may have dropped the bike at some point. I did not drop it, ut I noticed there are some scratches on the bottom half of the mufflers from what I would assume the bike being on its side. These are very minor, hough. Both mufflers are photographed and the scratches can be seen.
Mechanical Comments:
- Like stated above, ew front brake line and master cylinder
- Spark plugs were changed 6/11/2016
- Oil/filter was changed 6/18/2016
- New Ignition switch (and therefore two new keys)
- New front wheel bearings
- The fork seals are going to need replacement soon. I am noticing that there are trace amounts of fluid getting by them
- The bike runs on the richer side of the spectrum
