Description

I am selling my beloved CBR1000RR. The soon to be ex has left me in a bit of a cash crunch and my baby must go. I'm 51 and I've been riding for more than 35 years. This is by far and above my favorite of all the motorcycles that I have owned. It breaks my heart to let her go. but maybe I'll get some closure once she's gone - the bike that is. The bike is basically flawless. It has never fallen down or been dropped. It has already had several oil changes and runs like a top. The tank protector sticker has a smudge or two on it. but everything else is super clean and shiny. Any specks or streaks on any of the photos are either a bit of dust. water. or wax.  I am also happy to add any photos of anything you may wish to see in more detail.  She has a brand spanking new set of Michelin Pilot Road 4s (more on the tires below). The only mod that the bike has is a fender eliminator. I forget the brand of the fender eliminator. but its aluminum and I chose this one because it still allows the use of the stock turn signals. More visibility = safer. I still have the original rear fender and that will also be yours when you purchase this bike. I also have a few OEM oil filters and 9 quarts of Honda oil that I can throw in for an extra $100 or whatever. Please be sure to ask any questions that you may have prior to bidding.  I have tried to be as honest at possible in the description. The bike is in Denver and you are more than welcome to meet me somewhere to have a closer look. I will also try to work with you if you want to arrange for a third party to inspect the bike. There is no warranty on the bike. All sales final and all that. Within 24 hrs of end of sale. winning bidder must submit a nonrefundable deposit of $500. 00 via PayPal for your new vehicle. Balance due within 3 days of end of sale.  I would prefer that we complete the transaction in person using cash or electronic transfer. If you live nearby. I will be happy to meet you at your bank or mine. PayPal is nice. but they charge huge fees and don't guarantee the transaction - on larger amounts anyway.  The bike is also for sale locally so I may pull the auction should it sell.
