Hello and welcome to my auction. Up for sale today I have my beautiful 1996 Honda VFR 750 Intercepter. I have done some tasteful mods to this bike starting in the front we have a 01 Honda RC51 triple clamp with Ohlins road and track forks. Bolted to those very expensive forks is the newer 03 RC51 lighter front wheel with EBC brake rotors being clamped down upon by some Carbone Lorraine brake pads and stainless steel brake lines. Up top of the forks is a 01 Honda CBR929 top triple clamp with a very nice set of clipons. Triple clamp retains the stock vfr750 ing. switch and if these clipons are to low for you. no problem I have two more sets of clipons which are higher that come with the bike. Next we have the voltage rectifier moved from the back right side of the bike to the front where it can get plenty of nice cool air. This vfr has the nice tinted Zero Gravity double bubble windscreen as well as the newer 1999 vfr mirrors. Dash is very nice and everything works as it should. After the installation of the RC51 front end the stock oil cooler had to be relocated. I then chose to use a larger 03 RC51 oil cooler for better cooling which is now mounted on the left side just next to the radiator. All smog equipment has been removed as well. Stock foot pegs have been moved up and back aprox. 1" but can be reinstalled in orig. position. Nice Corbin seat has been installed for your bum to sit in comfortably. The rear suspension is controlled with an Ohlins rear shock and also has stainless steel rear brake line. Rear stock rim has been replaced with a machined to fit newer 02 Intercepter 800 5. 5" rear rim and has shoed on it a 190/55/17 tire. This bike has two slip-on exhaust systems as shown in pics. First is a hight mount Sato carbon fiber slip-on. and second is the lower mounted Akrapovic Ti system. All paint and plastic show as new with only two flaws in the paint that are aprox. the size of a pencil eraser. Bike has been sitting in a heated garage for about a year and is run maybe once a month but could use a good carb clean and synk. This is one of three bikes I have and does`nt get ridden as much as it should. I`m probably forgetting something but please take a good look at the pics. they will show the true condition of this bike. Ask any questions before you bid and there is no refunds or warranty expressed or emplied. Bike is sold "as is"
