I've owned this scooter since brand new. I've got back into motorbikes and sadly can't afford to keep this great commuter. It has been cared for and mainly maintained by myself. I have some early service receipts present. along with the owners manual. V5 and two keys. I'll be 100% honest. it started off as a Quasar metallic silver machine. I only went for it as it was the only one in the dealer at the time. and I urgently needed replacement transport having priorly sold my bike. I'll have the V5 sent to DVLA to correct this. however the label inside the storage bucket is for the silver colour code. my dealer could not find a replacement one on the parts fiche. (It should show NHI've bought brand new Honda genuine parts making the bike black. so it's identical to any other black PS 125 in that colour aside from a few minor upgrades/ differences: * Fork legs re-painted. they'll far outlast the original Honda finish through the winter. which also applies to the belt cover. I've got a spare used silver belt cover should you prefer. the finish from Honda corrodes very quickly. hence painting the original. * Genuine Honda new black wheels. * Rear rack cut/painted black. * Fork gaiters to protect the stanchions. * Wezmoto braided front brake line. * 12 Volt auxiliary socket for phone/GPS (Car type cigarette socket in glove box area as shown in photos)* YSS Aftermarket rear shock absorbers. (I will supply/fit the originals. as it's quick/easy to swap them over. but I'd recommend trying these first. as they are so much better!)* K&N Air Filter. The Extra Good Stuff:* I've recently renewed the drive belt and rollers. with the last oil change. so they should be good for 5-10. 00 miles depending on use. * Gearbox oil has been changed by me. using the same oil as for the engine as recommended by my local dealer. * Both Tyres are super grippy Bridgestone Hoops. with plenty of tread remaining. * An almost full tank of fuel. though I'll start it up to keep the battery charged. * A super bright LED bulb is fitted for the clock. spares will be supplied (Miles superior in terms of brightness in the dark). * I've yet to get the rear rack out of the loft. but the original rack is present and will be fitted. * If you're planning to service the bike yourself I will throw in the variator and clutch drum locking tools that I've used to replace the belt and rollers (As well as check the clutch shoes). * I've recently paid out £130 on the rear wheel alloy bracket as the original threads had gone. (I really would not advise fitting aftermarket exhausts is all I can say on the matter). The Not Quite So Good Stuff:* The bike had a minor low speed drop onto the right side in July thanks to a wally in a Seat Leon. Images show imprint on the front left side of the main nose cowling. when it landed on me on the right side it scratched the right side of the main nose. the front fender. the belly pan. handlebar painted cover. left rear side cowling. All are minor marks. I've touched in the front main nose cowling. and the rear side cowling. I've bought and fitted a new footboard as it had a split. * Every now and then the fuel injection warning light comes up on the dashboard. I spoke to my local dealer. as it's not causing a fuelling issue. it's just the sensor that piggybacks on the throttle body and is not available separately. As it's infrequent/intermittent that it lights up. I don't see it being an issue myself as it clears itself after switching off. waiting a few seconds then turn it on again. it's not worth paying out £300 for a new throttle body. * The belly pan I bought off ebay over a year ago. (It was sold described as new) but it was warped in transit and is missing the fuel overspill pipe locating lug. I did plan to replace this prior to deciding to get a new bike. unfortunately since fitting the new foot board it doesn't fit the right hand side properly for some reason. a slight gap can be seen in the photos. Before the new foot board it wasn't a great fit but not this obviously. so it's a lot more warped than I first thought. it broke the right hand locating lug but to be honest I think they are a waste of time anyway as they're so weak. * I've not got round to changing the coolant fluid. but I will try to do this prior to collection. * The downside of the new road tax legislations is that sadly you'll have to tax it before you ride it away. or at your own risk. I'm starting the auction with no reserve. there is no buy it now price available. I'm letting the auction run to the end. I would openly encourage viewing. by prior arrangement only. I'm sorry but test rides are not possible. The bike is in the Chessington KT19 area. Please email through eBay or call Kevin on 07803 583015. I'll happily answer any questions. before and after sale. as you can probably tell there isn't a lot I don't know about this scoot. Please note you are bidding to buy. if the contract of sale (Winning the auction) is not fulfilled I will notify ebay. negative feedback will be left and the vehicle will be re-listed. the buyer is fully responsible for collecting the vehicle. Contact required within 24 hours of auction ending. preferably within an hour. Payment is required in full via PayPal or direct bank transfer. before the vehicle is released. I'm sorry but I will not accept cash .
