Honda C70 Nut and Bolt restored

1977 'Nut and Bolt' restored Honda C70 This was a 'barn find' when I bought it at the beginning of this year. It had been stood in a warm dry environment for 25 years. so was actually in pretty good condition My father and I stripped it right down and had the frame and all parts beed blasted. phospher dipped and then powder coated to the original Honda colour Where ever possible all the original parts were refurbished and used thereby making it a restoration that was sensitive to the year of manufacture. the exhaust among other parts was. sadly. past saving so was replaced It has many many new running parts ( where ever possible original and genuine ) and runs extremely well We have just returned from a trip around Europe in the motorhome and had the bike mounted on the back We visited many city centres on it and it always attracted a great deal of attention ! There is a ( black ) top box that goes with the bike. As you can see the bike has done 10. 00 miles from new. It is MOT'd until late next July and taxed until the end of July 2015 ( but as the rules have now changed ref taxing historic vehicles. it will soon be free !! ) Any one interested please feel free to contact me and ask any questions.
