This lovely 1975 Honda CB750K5 has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life ?ˆ“ the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to machinery than ours. This and the fact it's only showing 27426 miles and has been in dry storage for the last umpteen years have helped maintain its boyish good looks. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES. As you can see this bike is complete but has a few non standard items:- Ape hanger handlebars & slashcut silencers. Sadly the side panels both have cracks but they are saveable. BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS. The bike is every bit as nice as it looks here. The wheels are straight with nice clean chrome rims. good hubs. brake plate. disc. caliper & working master cylinder. Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome. Mudguards are both solid & very tidy. Tail light assy is good as are the headlight & hangers. Instruments & switches look great. Paint work is remarkable. side panels are cracked but tank is squeaky clean inside and has just minor marks in the original paint. Carburetors are free sliding off the twist grip. Seat is in very good condition throughout. Chain guard is tidy. The engine is cosmetically very clean. it turns over nicely off the kick starter ?ˆ“ sounds/feels great & has compression ?ˆ“ When we hooked it up to a good battery & fed fresh fuel it starts & runs but the carbs do need cleaning.
