PROS:

The price for this bike is relatively firm because it has been maintained very well and has been garaged kept since the first owner (I am the 2nd owner) . The body is in great condition (shown in the pictures) with very little cosmetic issues. Oil change every 2500-3000 with full synthetic Rotella. Brake fluid was recently flushed and filled less than 1500 miles ago. Both tires just replaced with Michelin pilot roads 3 and have less than 200 miles on them. The only reason I am selling this motorcycle is because ever since I moved back to Las Vegas. I've only driven this on multiple occasions just to take a small ride around town to keep the engine and battery in good health.

Aftermarket mods:

Carbon fiber RS-5 Yoshimura Exhaust slip on ($500). I have the stock exhaust which comes with it if you would like.

High Tech Speed - Proton Flushmount Turn Signals ($100)

Pazzo shorty lever set ($170)

Tripage Integrated Tail light ($200).

Full Shogun frame sliders set (frame slider. spool. and bar ends) to protect it from scratches just in case of a drop.

Also comes with Front and rear stands.

Extra details: 2007-2008 CBR600RR are also known for being the best years because of its higher top end(never tried) as the new 2009+ CBR were tuned lower for emission purposes.

CONS: (something you as a buyer should know before purchasing)

Approximately 160 miles to the tank depending on how hard you are riding (4. 5 gallon tank). Some may not find this as a con because I spend $14 to completely fill the tank.

This motorcycle does have a few cosmetic issues but they are very small and only I've been able to notice them unless you are directly staring at it. The cause of the minor cosmetic damages was a hit and run while I was at work. Came back and saw it on its side. The biggest damage caused was on the rear tail fairing and front fender was damaged(see photos). These parts can be easily replaced for relatively cheap if they are a big concern to you.
