Honda C90 Spares Or Repair

For Sale A 1984 Honda C90 Economy For Spares Or Repair I have listed the bike as spares or repair. ecause the bike drives for 2 seconds then cuts out. The bike runs on neutral but does take a lot of kicks because it has not been driven for roughly a year. I have replaced the carburetor and spark plug. but did not solve the bike cutting out. The back tire is also worn down.  The bike has done 15531 miles. I have the V5 and previous MOT forms present. The MOT and tax has run out. Cash on collection and viewing welcome.
