2001 Honda VFR800

My husband has decided to sell his VFR800. it's a 2001 model with 40. 00 miles.

The bike has mainly been used to commute to work and back for the last 18 months or so. It is standard apart from some Daytona Heated grips and a higher screen.

The bike has been serviced at the following intervals

The last service was in April this year and the bike has only covered 1000 miles since.

The last 4 services were all carried out at Newcastle Motorcycles in accordance with the Honda service schedule.

The bike has also recently had new front brake pads and had new EBC discs last autumn. It is fitted with Dunlop tyres and they both have plenty of tread left on them.  

The VFR was chosen for its superb reputation as a do it all bike. my husband acquired the bike in February 2013 and it has had 2 former keepers. the last one for almost 8 years. The bike is not a garage queen. it has been looked after properly and is in good condition to say it's been used almost daily for the best part of 2 years. It has some small marks here and there and shows signs of being used all year round. it is however very reliable and can get a wriggle on for such a versatile bike.

The bike is currently SORN and has a valid MOT until February 2015.
