Up for auction is a very nice 3. 53 mile C70 Passport I bought a couple years ago. It was irresistable. I just have too many other things so it just sits. It starts runs and rides fine except for a slight exhaust leak from a chip in the exhaust port. ( See pictures ). Some paint is eaten through from some battery leakage. ( see pictures ). other than that the bike is very good. the seat is like new. The previous owner was from new york and the registration is the title in new york. I initiated a California DMV title and paid all back fees. $107. 00. I have all that paperwork along with a California DMV Registration type document ( non operation ) in my name showing fees paid and needing only California Highway Patrol inspection verification for the new owner to aquire the new title should the winner of this auction be a California resident.
