2009 Honda XR50 Motard, red, long MOT Tax, 4800 miles VGC, Monkey Bike CRF Ape

Honda XR50 Motard bike. 2009/59 reg. MOT and taxed until July 2015. 7700 kms on odo (under 5000 miles). very good condition (just a few minor marks). rides well. Not many in the UK. bigger than a monkey bike but not a full size bike. about half way - more like the old Honda Ape bike size with 12?ˆ? wheels. fine for adults or taller kids (off road). Has a Yoshimura titanium free flowing exhaust which previous owner said cost $1000/£700. It?ˆ™s 50cc on the V5 log book. but compared to other 50?ˆ™s I?ˆ™ve ridden it seems unrestricted and pretty fast to me. quick acceleration and gets to 50mph easily. I guess you could ride this on L plates (the previous owner did) but I'd be wary until you are experienced as it is a lot quicker than a ped/scooter and ideally your insurance company would need telling as I think it's probably been derestricted/tuned somehow (I'm not 100 %). I recently put an in-line kmh to mph speedo convertor on to accurately see your speed when you need to watch it. Great fun to ride and a really good exhaust note. Has 2 keys and handbooks (but in Japanese?ˆ¦).  I recently changed the oil. cleaned the foam air filter and put a new spark plug in. I haven't got a service history but the last owner had it done at the local specialist off-road bike shop. Everything works as it should.
