1968 HONDA CT90 MOTORCYCLE PROJECT RARE!!!

 You are bidding on a 1968 Honda Trail 90 project/ package. This a project that I have been collecting for and adding to for about ten years. mostly used but some NOS and some aftermarket and it doesn't appear that I'm going to get to it so it's time to pass it on. There are as you can see two bikes here. They are both 68's so my plan was to part out the red one and build the yellow. I've had the red one running and rode it a bit to make sure the gears were all there. A real purist would rebuild the engine. but if you just wanted to bolt it together. it would probably be OK with a carb clean up. I think the points and condenser are new and I'm pretty sure there's a new spark plug somewhere in the parts.

At any rate. this would be a pretty economical build as the would be a ton of parts left over to sell. Some of which are for newer vintage Trail 90's and quite marketable. Also I don't think much beyond tires  and a few small odds and ends would be needed beyond what is included here to complete this really nice little Honda.

I went on one of the CT sites( there are a lot) and determined that it is in fact a 1968. According to the information I found there it is the only year that has the old styling with the Hi/Lo range transmission. The site is www. ct90-ct110. com for anyone who wishes to check. I want to make it clear that this is the data that I got from an acknowledged source. but it has not been verified otherwise. The reason I mention this is it seems that whenever you put something like this out for all to see here on EBAY. there are people who find the need to disagree. As far as I'm concerned. it's a pretty rare piece that I wish I had time for but don't. Look the pictures over to see what's included.
